Day 18- Ponchos and Beanies

It's definitely winter here in LA.

It's actualy cold in LA during winter, with El NIno, freezing drops of temperature at night, and random weather altogether. For this I decided to wear a poncho and beanie. Why? Because a poncho is basically a super cute blanket that I can carry with me wherever I go, and a beanie is cute and keeps my ears from falling off in 40 degree weather. This poncho is great because it is gray, which goes with everything, and I just love the detail of the ruffles and fringe around the edges. I absolutely love ponchos for cold weather. #ootd Today I am wearing a ponho over my long-sleeve black dress and ankle boots. For some color, I added the green-blue crochet beanie which is super comfortable and which my son likes to attempt to put on and off himself (FYI- they are super cute fails).
