Day 27- Aztec Print

Spring is in the air. Revel in it.

It's starting to feel like spring in LA already. Sunny days with cool breezes. Such a great season, and I'm not saying that just because my unborn baby is due in this wonderful season. Since the temperature is still fluctuating a little bit I decide to wear a cardigan and hat. Hats are great for windy days, so hair doesn't look like a tornado after walking in the door. Braids are equally as invaluable, but my layered hair is difficult to braid. On a pregnancy note, I am feeling pretty good and am finally gonna have my first ultrasound next week. Yay, I can't wait for those cute pictures of our bundle of joy.

#ootd Wearing my grey button dress outfit with an aztec print cardigan, fedora, and favorite ankle boots. It doesn't get anymore pregnant friendly than this.

Day 28- Jean Jacket

Jean McQueen.

On such lovely sunny days, how can I resist wearing my favorite old jean jacket, which I have had for ages and will probably have for ages more. The jean jacket is so classic it will never go out of style. So since today I feeling rather casual and large, I wore it with a cute black and white striped maxi dress I picked up recently. Hooray for Spring, although sometimes it feels like summer here in LA already. Today I also had my first real ultrasound, yes it took forever to get the appointment but I finally got it and it was wonderful! I got adorable 3d pictures of my baby's face and can tell he's a looker already.

#ootd Wearing my jean jacket with maxi dress, casual TOMS, my go to black bow purse, and my belly. Done.

Day 29- Rain Jacket

Rain, rain outfit day.

It's raining again in LA. Thank goodness since we could really use some water. Plus, I get to wear my favorite cuddly rain jacket that is both cute and functional. The only difficult thing is being stuck inside all day with my 18 month old. His energy has no bounds, and I need naps every few hours.

#ootd Today I am wearing my army green rain jacket with my black and white dress, leggings and lovely knee high neutral boots. Feeling the rain.

Day 30- Pretty in Pink

Just because it is gray and gloomy outside doesn't mean you have to dress that way. So I wore my pretty in pink purse (Barney's) along with my neutral outfit to add zest to the color palette.

On a happier note, baby #2 is now head down, just as they should be. Hope he or she stays that way. We are not finding out the gender, and we didn't with baby #1 either. We feel it won't change the outcome, so might as well let it be a surprise. Feel free to leave your thoughts on the subject.

Day 31- Print Galore

Feeling colorful.

It's spring here in LA and its hot and cold, rainy and sunny. This season needs to make up its mind. Baby #2 and I are doing great, although I don't care to look in the mirror below my chest anymore... I'm the new Budweiser Blimp. So to hide my whale of a bump I opted for loose clothing layered on leggings. Why? Because you don't always have to show off your bump...because sometimes you want to feel normal.

#ootd My outfit today is an Aztec print cardigan with floral print tank top, pink circle scarf, all over grey leggings and UGG boots. And the ever sparkly black beanie. I love this beanie.

Day 32- Neutral Olive

Shiny shirts. Helps with that "pregnancy glow."

#ootd Today was pretty warm so I opted for just a shiny button down, simple stretchy skirt, and some booties. A simple outfit. Sometimes you want to wear something a little different, and a shimmery shirt will do it every time.

Day 33- Yellow Springtime

Pastels for Springtime.

It's springtime and I felt like wearing Easter colors, so I wore a nice light shade of yellow and pink accessories. It's definitely getting tought to watch my energetic 18 month old all dlay long by myself. He has so much energy and I can barely walk upstairs.

#ootd Today my oufit is a cute grey dress with a pink collared shirt shirt underneath, a yellow belt and some nice yellow wedges.

Day 34- Dress shirt

If you're pregnant and you know it, clap your hands.

Wow, am I pregnant. Everyone I meet is surprised when I tell the I still have two months left to go. Thanks...as if I don't feel large enough as it is, I need randompeople commenting on how big I am and how I could possibly get any bigger with my tiny frame. Even if I secretly agree with them, it's completely rude for someone else to point it out. So, since almost nothing fits me anymore I decided to go with the 'Husband T-shirt' outfit today, literally wearing my husband's t-shirt. So comfortable.

Day 35- Stripes, Slits, and Skirts

White and blue, feeling new.

So I decided to get in the Spring of things and wear navy and white, a classic and time tested color combo. It was also a little hot, so not having too many layers on was such a plus in my condition.

#ootd Today's outfit is what used to be a navy striped dress that I am using as a shirt since my belly is so large (yay repurposing) and a fitted white skirt with a nice side slit and cute wedges to match.

Day 36- Orange is the new black

Forgive me for not writing and posting as regularly. Pregnancy these days is giving me a run for my money and my rib pain is becoming almost unbearable. I hope you enjoy the outfit and more to come.

Day 37- Oversized Sweater

8 months pregnant=need comfort

Today I wore my chunky super comfortable oversized sweater that goes great over just about anything. Trying to take it easier these days, but just about every position I try to sit, stand or lie down in is uncomfortable. Counting the days until this precious baby comes and I can breathe again.
